Aim:
To ensure quality of education in slum
schools of Faisalabad, so that teachers meet standards, promote enrollment rate
and bring positive changes in the life of kids.

This year HERF Schooling has planned to expand its
educational mission for kids by improving the skills of unskilled slum school
teachers The HERF (Human Education Resource Foundation) and STAM-T has a joint
venture to provide education to the poor of the poors in Faisalabad. Its main
objective is to eradicate poverty through education. The teachers in HERF
School put all their efforts to provide quality education but still they were
in need to have proper Teachers Training, as most of them are not trained
teacher.
Therefore with the financial help from Basics of the Kids
Foundation a three days teacher’s training was organized in Faisalabad. The
details of this teachers training are as follows:-
